JUNE CALENDER OF EVENTS


Take notice of what is planned for this month. We will really turn the heat up on training now that you have had a little break and are re-inspired about working toward your goals for next year.
To help you figure this thing out:
Strength 2:1 Means Week 2 Day 1 of the Strength Program provided earlier.
This remains the same setup for the fitness and SAQ work.

hey curtis!! i hope summer is going well for you, im really enjoying mine..like lib said, this site is pretty cool..and im really glad that we are doing more on-court stuff for agility. i think its gonna make a big difference.

Just thought I'd let you know that the site is AMAZING and I'm going along with it continuing to get sore- a good sore of course. I hope your summer is going wonderfully!!

oh, and will there be new stuff starting on week 4 for strenghtening or do we just kind of go along with the sheets for weeks one through three

thanks for commenting and adding your thoughts to the blog. It is an animal to keep up with but worth it. There will definitly be a new lifting program but don't expect it to be drastically diffrent. I would be glad to help you with changes or add new details to help indiviualize your training.
